The company boasts an impressive portfolio of clients across over 140 countries – ranging from luxury hotel spas and resorts, cruise ships, salons, aesthetics, longevity and medical clinics, and private residences. Their clients includes names such as Elemis, Guerlain, Chanel, Dior, Biologique Recherche, Six Senses Resorts & Spas, Mandarin Oriental, Fairmont, Raffles and Ritz Carlton just to name just a few.
In response to the shifting landscape of space and wellness, the Gharieni Group has expanded beyond traditional equipment to introduce a multi-brand strategy. The evolution began with the acquisition of Bentlon in 2022- an established Dutch manufacturer of treatment chairs and equipment that had been in operation for almost 50 years. This was followed by the launch of the Metawell brand in 2024.
Together, the group now encompasses three distinct, yet complementary brands:
- Metawell – Encapsulates the group’s Mind/Body Wellness Technologies, designed to support longevity and recovery, mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. The portfolio includes multi-sensory beds, loungers and equipment, that integrate sound, light, scent, water, and vibration to enhance a results-driven wellness experience. Metawell identifies a key need of modern-day wellness seekers as “bioharmonisation” – going beyond biohacking by combining ancient and traditional healing practices with cutting-edge technology.
- Bentlon – A bold and stylish brand, catering to a younger, contemporary customer base by specialising in accessible, high-performance equipment. The brand aims to offer smart solutions that balance quality, function, and value.
- Gharieni – The legacy brand known for its industry-defining spa and wellness treatment beds and equipment.
Innovation remains the common thread across all three brands. One of the most striking examples is the Metawell Augmented Massage Bed – a first-of-its-kind system that transforms the therapist’s touch into sound. Equipped with real-time motion sensors, the bed translates the movements and rhythm of the therapist into a live, immersive soundscape through integrated speakers.
According to Gharieni Group CEO Sammy Gharieni, the design is meant to create a “symphonic and symbiotic rapport” between the guest and the therapist. While the music and soothing sounds take the guest on an “augmented” journey of wellness, it is also designed to allow the therapist to elevate their artistry to create a bespoke experience. 2025 saw the launch of the reLounge ZeroG, an FDA-cleared and medically certified treatment bed designed to provide immediate back pain relief. The system integrates four advanced therapy technologies – E-Stimulation, TENS, heat and dynamic deep massage – to enhance circulation, relax muscles and alleviate pain.
