Emirates is expanding its Premium Economy service to more routes in the Maldives and Sri Lanka, now available on its upgraded Boeing 777 aircraft. Starting 18 July, Premium Economy will be offered on the Dubai–Colombo route (EK650/651), making it the second daily flight to Sri Lanka with this class. Added to this, Premium Economy is now accessible on three daily flights to Malé (EK656/657 and EK660/661), improving the travel experience for passengers heading to the Maldives.

The retrofitted Boeing 777 has four classes including eight First Class suites, 40 Business Class seats arranged 1-2-1- 24 Premium Economy seats in a 2-4-2 layout, 256 Economy seats to ensure comfort for everyone.

In Premium Economy enjoy comfortable seats with six-way adjustable headrests and take advantage of a checked baggage allowance of 35 kg and a carry-on limit of 10 kg. – Experience a spacious layout designed for both business and leisure travellers.

Passengers will also enjoy a 23-inch HD screen, ambient lighting, and modern cabin design reflecting the airline’s award-winning A380 interiors.
